Magnetic Field Force is a subsidiary of Kreetiv Communications.
As Head of MFF it is your responsibility to ensure the business performance heads in a positive direction.
You should expect a demanding and high-pressured role with long hours however much of your time will be spent in internal and external meetings, which includes but not limited to; visiting clients, closing off business or in your office planning and taking time to consider the company’s strategic direction.
You will not need to worry too much about dealing with the basic day to day issues of managing admin responsibilities or operational facilitation as you will be appointed a junior administrator whom you are expected to train, to assist in such tasks, and manage such persons performance. The role may at times feel lonely but for many the high pressured nature and rewards of success are worth it. This is defined in your contractual agreement.
To control and manage all units of the business. This includes but not limited to,
Finance and Accounting
Operations (internal and external) procedures and policy execution
New business development
Relationship and stakeholder management
Policy, process and operational document drafting.
Execution of the business strategy (work on constant growth).
You are responsible to the Shareholder of the business and will communicate strategic business decisions to the board where you will gain approval of the business growth plans on a mid- high level basis.
You must be able to manage all trade staff including but not limited to Merchandisers, Promoters, Set up staff, field marketers, etc. Manage teams nationally and drive success in the defined business model.

New business development is a key part of this role. Such activity is remunerated by means of a commission structure.

Basic Salary R30 000pm CTC + Commission.
